tandoori chicken
Ingredients
1kg chicken
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp fine black pepper
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee or clarified butter
2 tsp group green chillies
1,5 tsp ginger garlic
¾ tsp salt
2 tsp jeera
1 tsp rough grounded coriander seeds
2 tbsp cream
Method
Make a paste then add the chicken- allow to marinade over night. Grill over an open fire and baste with butter.
